Monday 18th November - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance for their matches across both divisions as scheduled.

In the Premier League division, Inter Ya Nan fought hard but fell short losing 2-3 to Neville Wears Prada. In a closely contested match, Haven’t Got A Kalou were defeated 1-2 by The Manor FC. Mass Debaters displayed a masterclass in football, thrashing Newdigate United 4-1. And in the final Premier match, Ball Of Duty emerged victorious in a 2-3 match against Trent. The top scorer in the Premier League division this week was Mass Debaters' centre-forward who netted three goals.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Wootton Street Wanderers blanked Saviles Super Stars 4-0 in a dominant display. Backstreet Moyes edged out Shaktar Senseless 2-3 in a nail-biting encounter. Dad Bod Athletic and Gangsters Allardyce played an exhilarating match finishing 6-6, making it the highlight of the night. Big Licks FC kept a clean sheet against Fill Me Wycombe, ending the game 5-0. The top scorer in Division 1 was the dynamic striker from Dad Bod Athletic, who bagged an impressive four goals.
