Monday 1st July - Nuneaton Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across both divisions and some well competed matches played.

In the Premier League, standout team Badboy FC decimated The Manor FC with a staggering 5-0 victory. This dominating performance has solidified their position as real contenders this season. Elsewhere, Haven’t Got A Kalou edged past Neville Wears Prada in a hard-fought 3-2 victory, while Mass Debaters managed a narrow win over MenBehavingChadli with a scoreline of 1-0. The confrontation between Newdigate United and Wootton Street Wanderers ended in a deadlock with neither team able to secure a goal.

Over in Division 1, Ball Of Duty showed their grit, defeating Pochinellos FC 5-0 in a match that was one-sided from the get-go. Saviles Super Stars had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Inter Ya Nan while INNAGE PARK FC edged out Big Licks with a 1-0 win. Dad Bod Athletic, not to be left out, put up an impressive performance against CARAVAN BASHERS, concluding the match with a 3-1 win.
