Monday 3rd March - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions, the only exception being Dad Bod who are due to return to action next week.

In the Premier League, Ball Of Duty triumphed over Tooze Nil Up with a convincing score of 4-1. The victory further solidifies Ball Of Duty's strong position in the league and their reputation as top contenders. Another intense face-off involved the Mandy Men who ruled the pitch with a 4-2 victory over Wootton Street Wanderers. The evening's biggest surprise, though, was the draw between Mass Debaters and Newdigate United. Both teams showcased their offensive prowess, ending the game with a hard-earned 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Backstreet Moyes took control of the game, defeating Saviles Super Stars with a narrow but decisive 1-0 victory. Shaktar Senseless demonstrated their ability to dominate the field, defeating La Radnor FC 3-0. The most exciting match of the night, however, was Gangsters Allardyce against WSW. WSW displayed a magnificent performance, outplaying Gangsters Allardyce with a 5-0 victory.

We wish all teams the best of luck going into game week 8 of the campaign with Nuneaton's premier providers of small sided football!
