Sunday 17th November - Nuneaton Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for the opening games of the season, barring EEFC who cancelled on the day but return to action on Sunday 24th November.

In the Premier League, the inaugural matches saw THE ALLIES FC and Norfolk N Chance securing victories against their opponents. THE ALLIES FC showed their dominance by outsmarting AFC Windmilldons 3-1 in a thrilling encounter. Similarly, Norfolk N Chance edged out Gylfis Young Boys 3-2 in an intense match that left spectators on the edge of their seats. NetSixAndChill fell short by a single goal against Murder On Zidanes Floor, which ended in a 2-1 scoreline.

In Division 1, Pain In Dias and Borussia Teeth ended in a 2-2 draw while Conkers FC demonstrated their might by hammering Misfits with a staggering 5-0 victory, securing their spot at the top of their division for this week.

Division 2 saw Tuffnells FC succumbing to Blue Crown FC in a 4-0 washout while Ricky Spanish FC suffered a 7-0 defeat at the hands of Expected Toulouse. Hinckley Athletic FC maintained their ground with a 3-1 win over Extra Special Ones.

Lastly, in Division 3, Britannia Draculas FC triumphed over Salah-vation Army with a narrow 3-2 victory, Rubbergently dominated Eric Bantona 6-2 and Rainbow Sparkles ended on a 1-1 draw against Kroos Control.
