Sunday 18th February - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled across all five divisions.

In the Premier League, FC POSITIVITY dominated Wanyamas In Pyjamas, posting a 4-1 win. Meanwhile, THE ALLIES FC edged out Gylfis Young Boys with a 2-0 victory, and Jack's Army narrowly defeated Misfits in a 3-2 showdown.

Over in Division 1, Dixy Pigeons picked up a 2-1 win against Rooney Tunes, while Norfolk N Chance narrowly overcame Extra Special Ones in a thrilling 6-5 match. Murder On Zidanes Floor made a strong statement with a resounding 6-0 victory over Scholes Galore.

In Division 2, Beduff Rangers secured a 3-1 victory against Ricky Spanish FC. Borussia Teeth and Pain In Dias battled to a 1-1 draw, while Kevos Kids handed a 5-0 defeat to Eric Bantona.

Action from Division 3 saw AFC Windmilldons narrowly edge out The Griddlers 1-0, while NetSixAndChill took down Birdies Boys 5-2. Kroos Control FC secured a 2-0 win over EEFC.

Finally, in Division 4, Blue Crown FC made a statement with a 6-0 thumping of Tuffnells FC. Zulu Warriors were victorious against Set 8 with a 4-1 win and Rainbow Sparkles rounded off the action with a 2-0 win against Real Sosobad.
