Sunday 20th January - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Nuneaton on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night and plenty of goals scored across both divisions.

Deportivo LF stay top of the pile in the Premier DIvision after their fifth straight win this week,  beating Cheeky Milandos 2-0.  Exeter Gently won 3-0 in their game against Sky Blues and sit two points off the pace in second spot.  Third placed Jacks Army romped to victory over Misfits as they were on impressive form in front of goal, they ran out 7-0 winners.

In Division One Dark Fruit Tank and Real Sosobad both sit on 100% records five games into the season.  Dark Fruit were in unforgiving form as they brushed aside Dixy Pigeons 9-0.  Something has to give this coming week though as they both meet in the game of the season so far.

We are pleased to welcome new team Madeleine Milan to the league this week and wish these good luck going into their first fixture in Division One against Egg Fried Reus.
