It was a good evening overall in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league this week, although there was some disruption with attendance for a handful of teams, owing to the Coventry v Man United FA Cup match taking place. However we look forward to seeing the return of Jack's Army, Extra Special Ones, Dixy Pigeons, Rubber Gently, Eric Bantona, Pukka Chronics and IMatch FC.
We have removed Ball of Duty for failing to attend and failing to notify us. Welcome to new team 3For a 1Er as their replacement, and good luck to these on Sunday 28th April.
In the Premier League, Murder On Zidanes Floor took on THE ALLIES FC in a match that left fans on the edge of their seats. The former team dominated the game, resulting in a 3-0 win, showcasing their deadly offensive strategies and formidable defense.
Division 1, not lacking in competitive spirit, saw an intense match between Gylfis Young Boys and Borussia Teeth. Borussia Teeth triumphed over their opponents in a tightly contested match ending 3-2. This result revealed the team's tenacity and their will to fight till the last whistle.
As for Division 3, Ricky Spanish FC steered clear of The Griddlers with a stunning 4-1 victory. In another game of the same division, an almost evenly matched game between NetSixAndChill and Zulu Warriors ended in a draw, with both teams scoring a solitary goal.
In Division 4, Rainbow Sparkles went head to head with Blue Crown FC. Despite a valiant effort, Rainbow Sparkles were outpaced by Blue Crown FC, resulting in a 5-2 defeat. Kroos Control FC also had a rough day on the pitch, falling 5-1 against Real Sosobad.
