Sunday 21st July - Nuneaton Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night as scheduled across all five divisions.

In the Premier League, Murder On Zidanes Floor delivered a crushing defeat to Birdies Boys with a 6-0 victory, while Borussia Teeth fell to Norfolk N Chance 2-1. The most commanding victory of the division came when THE ALLIES FC swept past Pain In Dias 7-0.

Division 1 had some close calls, with Gylfis Young Boys narrowly edging out AFC Windmilldons 3-2. Kevos Kids posted a clean sheet against Beduff Rangers, winning 3-0, and Misfits squeaked out a 1-0 win over Kingsmill 50-50.

Expected Toulouse triumphed over NetSixAndChill in Division 2 with a decisive 3-0 win, while Pukka Chronics overcame Extra Special Ones 4-1. Sky Blue Army ended up beating Set 8 4-1.

In Division 3, Imatch Fc managed to clinch a 1-0 victory over Blue Crown FC, Hardly Athletic dominated Kroos Control FC 5-0, while Remdog United served Rubbergently an 8-2 defeat.

Over in Division 4, Rainbow Sparkles fell to EEFC 0-2, Real Sosobad squeezed past Eric Bantona 2-1, and in the highest scoring match of the division, Tuffnells FC edged out Ricky Spanish FC 5-4.
