Sunday 22nd September - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night barring Birdies Boys who have now been removed from the league.

In the Premier League, Murder On Zidanes Floor took a dominant victory over THE ALLIES FC with a score of 4-1, showcasing their prowess on the field. Meanwhile, Gylfis Young Boys demonstrated tactical brilliance to outscore Misfits 4-2.

Heading to Division 1, AFC Windmilldons showed their mettle by defeating Pain In Dias 3-1, a match that saw some fantastic goalkeeping skills. NetSixAndChill clinched a clean victory over Expected Toulouse with a 2-0 scoreline, while Borussia Teeth secured a comfortable win against Calm, running out 5-1 victors.

Over in Division 2, Conkers FC and Hardly Athletic were the victors of the day, with Conkers FC edging out Imatch Fc 3-2, and Hardly Athletic beating Pukka Chronics 4-2. Britannia Draculas FC continued their winning streak with a 1-0 victory over Salah-vation Army.

In Division 3, Blue Crown FC emerged as the top scorers with a whopping 11-1 win over Rubbergently. Ricky Spanish FC also put on a stellar performance, blanking The Mushy Boys 5-0. In another match, Extra Special Ones triumphed over EEFC with a 3-0 scoreline.

Finally, in Division 4, Farcelona and Tuffnells FC claimed victories. Farcelona outpaced Eric Bantona with a 4-1 win, and Tuffnells FC defeated Rainbow Sparkles 4-1.
