Sunday 23rd March - Nuneaton Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league overall.  We were however disappointed to see three teams missing.  We will be in contact with all to confirm their returns on Sunday 30th March.  Hinckley Athletic have been removed from the league.

In the Premier League, EEFC took out Hardly Athletic in a remarkable 4 - 1 triumph. The victory marks EEFC's dominance in the league, showcasing their offensive prowess and defensive strength.

In Division 1, we saw an invigorating battle between teams showcasing both tight defenses and explosive offenses. Blue Crown FC squeezed past Borussia Teeth with a tight 1 - 0 victory, which demonstrated their strategic gameplay. Meanwhile, Challenged FC dominated the field against Dukes Of Hazard, claiming a decisive 7 - 0 victory. Also in Division 1, Expected Toulouse outlasted Romasexuals with an 8 - 1 win, signaling their offensive strength.

Division 2 ended in a stalemate as Rubbergently and Tuffnells FC had a goalless draw, highlighting both teams' defensive resilience.

In Division 3, Rainbow Sparkles and Extra Special Ones battled to a 1 - 1 tie, while Kroos Control narrowly defeated Salah-vation Army with a close 3 - 2 win. However, the highlight of this division was Barely Athletic's clean sweep over Ricky Spanish FC, where they dominated with a 5 - 0 victory.
