Sunday 29th September - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

A good evening's football in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league overall this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only disappointment being The McCanns who've been removed from the league, and Mushy Boys who will be spoken to accordingly.

In the Premier League division, a nail-biting clash between Norfolk N Chance and Murder On Zidanes Floor ended in a 1-1 draw. Both teams exhibited excellent defense and each scored a goal showcasing their determination to stay at the top of the league.

Division 1 witnessed an unexpected turn of events as Expected Toulouse was defeated 5-1 by Calm. AFC Windmilldons and Borussia Teeth also ended their match in a 1-1 tie. Pain In Dias secured a clear win against NetSixAndChill with an impressive score of 3-1.

In Division 2, Conkers FC outplayed Britannia Draculas FC with a scoreline of 3-1. But the highlight of the night was Pukka Chronics' remarkable 11-0 victory over Salah-vation Army, showing their prowess on the field. Imatch FC also grabbed a win against Hardly Athletic, 3-1.

Division 3 saw EEFC defeat Blue Crown FC 5-1, demonstrating their goal-scoring proficiency. Rubbergently achieved a 4-2 victory against Ricky Spanish FC in an exciting match.

Lastly, in Division 4, I Boomed Yamom In The Ash FC triumphed over Tuffnells FC with a comfortable 3-0 win, while Rainbow Sparkles outshined Farcelona 4-1.
