Sunday 2nd June - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for the final round of fixtures of the campaign.

In the Premier League division, it was a sensational victory for Norfolk N Chance, who breezed past Jack's Army with a 5-0 win, securing the title with an impressive 18 points and 8 wins. Their dominating performance throughout the season has created quite a stir and set a benchmark for the teams to come.

The Division 1 match was a remarkable display of grit and talent, with Pain In Dias emerging as division winners after overcoming Misfits with a 3-1 victory. Their spectacular season has culminated with a total of 16 points and 8 wins, pushing them to the top of the standings.

In Division 2, Birdies Boys made their mark. They clinched their division's title with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Pukka Chronics, finishing the season with 16 points and 7 wins. It was a truly commendable team effort, demonstrating their determination and audacity.

Meanwhile, in Division 3, NetSixAndChill proved their mettle, ending the season on a high note with a 2-2 draw against Set 8, securing the title with a total of 16 points and 7 wins. Their performance throughout the season was a testament to their relentless pursuit of success.

Lastly, in Division 4, Blue Crown FC emerged victorious, overcoming Kroos Control FC with a 3-1 win. They reigned supreme with a total of 18 points and 9 wins, marking a spectacular end to their season.
