Sunday 30th March - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring a couple of cancellations owing to Mother's Day, we look forward to seeing the teams return next week as normal.

In the Premier League, Murder On Zidanes Floor proved too strong for Norfolk N Chance, securing a 3-1 victory. The winning team showcased their dominant form, moving closer to the season's end with an impressive performance. On the other hand, EEFC executed a perfect game against THE ALLIES FC, ending the match with a resounding 4-0 victory.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Borussia Teeth showed their bite against Romasexuals with a devastating 7-0 victory. Expected Toulouse also saw off Dukes Of Hazard with a tight 3-2 win in a pulsating match that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

Division 2 saw some fierce competition, with Misfits emerging as the victors against Tuffnells FC with a 3-1 win. Ligmatip managed to scrape a 2-1 victory against Rubbergently in what turned out to be a closely contested game.

In Division 3, Extra Special Ones controlled the game against Kroos Control, coming out on top with a 3-1 win. Ricky Spanish FC and Rainbow Sparkles had a nail-biting face-off, which ended in a slim 1-0 victory for Rainbow Sparkles.

With only two weeks remaining in the season, the teams will be looking to finish strong and secure their places for the next season. The top scorers for each division have yet to be announced, but it's clear that the competition is heating up.
