It was a good evening's football overall in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league, after a strange start to the night whereby the 5pm teams failed to attend.  All of these have been spoken to and are due to return as normal on Sunday 12th May.

In the Premier League, Norfolk N Chance stamped their authority with a jaw-dropping 11-0 triumph over Jack's Army. Norfolk N Chance displayed a spectacular performance that left spectators in awe, and their top scorer for the night added a remarkable number of goals to their season tally.

Division 1 saw some fierce competition, with Extra Special Ones claiming a 2-0 victory over Borussia Teeth. Elsewhere in the division, Gylfis Young Boys outplayed Dixy Pigeons in a high-scoring 5-3 match, while Pain In Dias crushed Misfits 5-0. The top scorers in Division 1 continued their goal-scoring spree, displaying some impressive footwork and strategic play.

In Division 2, AFC Windmilldons demonstrated their supremacy by trouncing Kevos Kids 6-0, while Pukka Chronics and Birdies Boys battled it out to a goalless draw. Rubbergently and Imatch Fc also ended their clash in a stalemate. The top scorers in the division showed great stamina and skill, taking full advantage of every goal-scoring opportunity.

Division 3 saw Ricky Spanish FC secure a confident win over Eric Bantona, scoring three goals to nil. NetSixAndChill notched up a 3-1 win against Set 8. The division's top scorers left their mark with some captivating shots on goal.

Finally, Division 4 saw Kroos Control FC fall to Blue Crown FC 1-3, while Rainbow Sparkles and EEFC shared points with a 1-1 draw. Real Sosobad clinched a 5-0 victory over Tuffnells FC, with their top scorer having a field day at the expense of the opponents.

We welcome new team Expected Toulouse to the league on Sunday 12th May and wish these good luck in their debut game.  They replace the outgoing Dixy Pigeons who withdraw from the league after many years playing with us.  We thank these for their time in the league and hope to see Finlay and the other guys back playing with us sooner rather than later!
