It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Nuneaton on Sunday overall which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night except for Madeleine Milan who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 12th May.
Exeter Gently's perfect start to the campaign continued in the Premier Division as they registered their sixth straight victory, this week a 6-1 thrashing of new side Trees Are May. Deportivo LF sit in second place following their 6-2 victory over Dark Fruit FC, who are still struggling to adapt to life since promotion, whilst third placed Inter YN won an entertaining encounter against Misfits 4-3 as they also sit three points off the lead. Cheeky Milandos were 5-2 winners over Jack's Army, last season's champions have really struggled to find their rhythm so far this campaign.
Mean Machine's impressive start to the Division One campaign continued as they faced Extra Special Ones (who started the day second), and convincingly beat them 4-0. Sky Blues took full advantage of this result and moved into second spot with a 1-0 win against Real Sosobad, whilst Egg Fried Reus climbed out of the bottom two with a 4-0 win at the expense of Hardly Athletic.
We wish all teams the best of luck going into the next round of fixtures with Nuneaton's premier small sided football provider.
