Sunday 6th August - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a superb evening's action in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance across all four divisions and some superb matches played in the evening sunshine!

In the Premier League division, new boys Kappa narrowly defeated Dixy Pigeons in a thrilling 4-3 encounter. It was a high-scoring affair with both teams showcasing their attacking prowess.

Over in Division 1, FC Positivity dominated their match against Egg Fried Reus, securing a resounding 9-1 victory. Their stellar performance saw clinical finishing from Positivity who certainly lived up to their names with this performance.

In Division 2, Hardly Athletic showcased their skills on the field with a convincing 5-2 win over Kevos Kids in a closer game than the final score may suggest.

The action-packed encounters continued in Division 3, where Murder On Zidanes Floor dominated Do-little FC with an impressive 7-0 victory, as Murder look to be showing themselves as title contenders as the games go on.

Throughout the league, each division witnessed fierce competition, showcasing the talent and dedication of the participating teams. With the season progressing, fans eagerly await further clashes on the field.
