Monday 10th July - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league at Oak Park this week, with all teams in attendance for their scheduled matches 

In the Premier League, Foley Kings secured an impressive 6-3 win over Dennis' Disciple's with a comeback in the second half. Meanwhile, Stroke Titty produced a dominant display to defeat Last Chance U 5-2. Duke Of York also showcased their attacking prowess by defeating Euro Anchor FC 9-2, confirming the title a week early with this result.

Division 1 saw Dijk In Dias put on a scintillating performance to overcome Gangsters Allardyce with an emphatic 7-0 victory.  In an equally thrilling encounter, Shelfield Wednesday and Vegas Degenerates played out a captivating 6-6 draw. 

Division 2 witnessed a nail-biting clash as Road To Relegation edged past Arbo FC with a 5-3 win. J Meanwhile, BEERCELONA emerged victorious against Dad Bods in a tightly contested match that ended 6-5.

In Division 3, Croft VI secured a 5-2 victory against ShitHouse FC, putting them top of the table on goal difference as Tea And Busquets and Unathletico Madrid shared a point apiece in a 1-1 draw, meaning it will be winner takes all at the top two meet on the final week of the campaign to determine who takes the title!

We welcome new team Mr Tumble FC into the league on Monday 17th July.  They come into the Premier Division whilst Dennis' Disciples drop to Division Two as a replacement for Hong Kong Vesey who've now withdrawn.
