Monday 16th October - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Walsall Oak Park Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night, the only exception being a late cancellation from Euro Anchor FC who return to action on Monday 23rd October as normal.

Unfortunately following the serious violent conduct displayed by their players, Crystal Meth Palace have been removed from the league with immediate effect.  We will not tolerate violent conduct in our leagues, and as proven in the past, will remove teams who cannot abide by these simple rules.

We welcome new team Only Put Matip In to the league as a replacement for the above, wishing these good luck in their debut game on Monday 23rd October.

In the Premier League division, Ques Ennit emerged as the top scorers of the week with a decisive 4-0 victory over Dijk In Dias. Last Chance U and Mr Tumble FC also recorded victories with narrow margins, defeating Foley Kings and Stroke Titty 3-2 respectively.

The Division 1 games were no less exciting, with Arbo FC claiming the top scorer position this week. They secured a convincing 5-2 victory over Dude Wheres My Ladders. Save Shane's Turtle also pulled off a commendable performance, shutting out Wiggins Pinner Returns with a 2-0 victory.

Division 2 saw a goal fest, with Vegas Degenerates topping the chart by netting in 7 goals against Phoenix Legends in a thrilling 7-5 victory. Meanwhile, Gangsters Allardyce registered a clean 3-1 win over BEERCELONA.

In the Division 3 matchups, Kits In The Boot and Lads On Toure notched up impressive 5-0 victories over AFC Shitmond and Crystal Meth Palace respectively, earning themselves the title of top scorers for the week. SHELFIELD WEDNESDAY also scored a convincing 5-2 victory over Road To Relegation.

Good luck to all teams going into game week 3 of the season with Walsall's premier providers of small sided football!
