Monday 17th March - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in game week 2 of the new season in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week, with all 24 teams in attendance for their matches and some excellent games played.


In the Premier League, Old House UTD demonstrated their dominance as they put on a stunning performance, defeating Botty Dem 8-4. Manor Mandem also stood their ground as they overpowered Pelsall FC with a 4-2 victory. Fatzio edged Stroke Titty 3-1, while Wolfpack exhibited an exceptional performance with an 8-1 thrashing of Wiggins Pinner Returns.


Division 1 was no less competitive. Handcuffs outmatched Croft VI with a 5-1 triumph. Dude Wheres My Ladders narrowly beat Lads On Toure 2-1 in a nail-biting match, while Dijk In Dias snatched a last-minute victory against Save Shane's Turtle with a 5-4 scoreline. Scotts XI stunned Vegas Degenerates with a resounding 7-1 victory. The top scorer in Division 1 was Scotts XI's forward, who netted four of their seven goals.


In Division 2, AFC Shitmond overcame Euro Anchor FC with a strong 5-3 performance. Big Fat Dossers outshone IBT Dream Team 3-1, while Kits In The Boot lost to Ajang FC 6-3. Pedro-Philes triumphed over Scratta Athletic with a 6-2 victory. In Division 2, Pedro-Philes' winger was the standout, scoring three of their six goals.


These results have set the stage for an exciting season. Each division is showcasing a high level of talent and competitiveness, promising an thrilling season ahead.
