Monday 18th November - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night barring Shelfield Wednesday who return to action next week.


In the Premier League, Botty Dem made an impressive statement beating Wiggins Pinner Returns 4-1. Stroke Titty also kicked off the season with a dominant 4-1 triumph over Dude Wheres My Ladders. Foley Kings claimed a high-scoring victory over S A Spartans, ending with a scoreline of 7-5. However, the highlight of the Premier League was Old House UTD's 8-4 victory against Handcuffs Utd, setting the bar high for the rest of the season.


In Division 1, Dijk In Dias started strong by overcoming Vegas Degenerates 7-4. Euro Anchor FC squeezed past Scotts XI with a 4-2 victory. Pelsall FC clinched a narrow 1-0 win over Kits In The Boot, while Manor Mandem and Lads On Toure settled for a 1-1 draw.


Division 2 witnessed a thrilling draw between Scratta Athletic and Ajang FC, with both teams scoring 2 goals each. Save Shane's Turtle managed to edge past Barmy Army 7-5, while Croft VI dominated IBT Dream Team with an incredible 12-1 victory, the highest scoring game of the evening across all divisions.
