It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being a late cancellation from Euro Anchor who return on Monday 27th January.
In the Premier League, Stroke Titty put up an exemplary performance, scoring an impressive 6 goals against Botty Dem, who managed only 2. Old House UTD also demonstrated their offensive prowess with a 6-0 clean sweep against Dude Wheres My Ladders. In a particularly nail-biting match, Wolfpack narrowly clinched a victory against Wiggins Pinner Returns with a scoreline of 3-2. The Big Fat Dossers, unfortunately, suffered a defeat at the hands of Handcuffs Utd, who managed a solitary goal to clinch the match.
The Division 1 games also provided their share of surprises. Scotts XI and Dijk In Dias ended in a stalemate with 2 goals each. Pelsall FC significantly outperformed Vegas Degenerates with a 5-1 victory. The most exciting match of the division was between Kits In The Boot and Lads On Toure, with the latter team emerging victorious with 5 goals against 2.
In Division 2, AFC Shitmond dominated Scratta Athletic with a 3-0 score. The most significant victory, however, belonged to IBT Dream Team, who stormed past Ajang FC with an 8-0 victory. Save Shane's Turtle also impressed with a 7-0 win against SHELFIELD WEDNESDAY. The match between Barmy Army and Croft VI ended with a narrow win for Croft VI, with a scoreline of 3-2.
