Monday 23rd October - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for game week 3 of the campaign and some closely contested matches played.

The Premier League saw a spectacular clash between Mr Tumble FC and Dijk In Dias, ending in a 2-2 draw. Last Chance U were not so lucky, falling 3-5 to Stroke Titty. However, the highlight of this division was an impressive 4-1 victory by Ques Ennit over Foley Kings.

In Division 1, Arbo FC achieved a narrow victory over Save Shane's Turtle  with a 2-1 scoreline. Euro Anchor FC stamped their authority with a 3-1 drubbing of Wiggins Pinner Returns. But the match of the day belonged to Dude Wheres My Ladders who demolished Dennis' Disciples 5-0.

Division 2 was a goal fest, with Phoenix Legends losing to Baileys And Maccies in a high goal scoring contest of 4-6. Gangsters Allardyce showed their might by beating Vegas Degenerates 5-2, and Croft VI clinched a 4-2 victory over BEERCELONA.

Finally, in Division 3, Road To Relegation had a tough night, falling 1-4 to AFC Shitmond. SHELFIELD WEDNESDAY managed to edge out Lads On Toure 4-3 in a tense game. Exhibiting a strong defensive performance, ONLY PUT MATIP IN sealed a 2-0 win against Kits In The Boot.
