Monday 24th February - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Walsall on Monday which saw all teams in attendance for their scheduled matches played across all three divisions.

After sealing the league title a couple of  weeks back, Expected Toulouse scored their 100th goal of the campaign this week, they needed 8 to reach that marker and managed an 8-0 thrashing of Rent Boys. Rude Van Nipplejoy confirmed second place with a game to go as a Joe Kenney brace saw them win their match 2-0 against Leavemaarselona.

Botty Dem are as a good as champions in Division One, they just need a point to confirm it after a 13-2 spanking of Cesc on the Beach.  Pelsall Sevilla's 13-1 win against Unfounded sees them in with a fighting chance of taking the title though, they just need a big win over Cesc on the Beach and Botty Dem to suffer defeat to third placed Walsall Wood.

Its dead level at the top of Division Two as Vegas Degenerates and Balotellitubbies are neck and neck on points going into the final week.  Both are guaranteed promotion but will want to take the trophy in what is shaping up to be an exciting end to the campaign.
