Monday 24th January - Walsall Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week overall.  We have however had to remove Hens Notting Forest from the league due to their second consecutive cancellation.  

The Warts sit top of the pile after collecting their third consecutive win this week, they were 7-1 winners over Budgie Neck, whilst Expected Toulouse also have a 100% record after three as they cruised to a 5-0 win over No Fuchs Given, who've lost by this score line in their opening three games.  Chase FC were 9-2 winners against Corn Swingers this week as they keep up their impressive start to the season, as do Four Crosses who won 6-2 against Langers.  The other new boys RGP had tough game this week as they suffered a 10-0 defeat to Walsall Arms.

Dijk In Dias remain top of the Division One table having recorded their third win in a row as they were 3-2 winners against Last Chance U.  Psycho Dean's Australian Army sit in third spot as they recorded an impressive 3-0 win over Shelfield Wednesday, and Balotellitubbies got their first win of the season in the form of a 3-0 score line over Class on Grass.

Fat and Furious have certainly had a furious start to Division Two this season, picking up their third straight win as they thrashed Pique Blinders 8-1 this week, they've now scored an impressive 20 goals in their first three outings.  Beercelona have also looked impressive as they were 4-2 winners against Tea and Busquets to sit on maximum points, as do Exeter Gently who were 5-0 winners this week.  Fourth placed Vegas Degenerates were 9-1 victors over Stella Courtois, boosting their goal difference significantly, whilst OK's first win of the campaign came in style with a 6-2 victory against Neuer Gonna Give You Up.
