Monday 27th January - Walsall Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Walsall Oak Park Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance for their scheduled matches across all three divisions.

It was unlucky 13 for Expected Toulouse this week as their 100% record came to an end at the hands of Soccer Cleats Utd who beat them 4-3.  Although they are still runaway leaders at the moment it does close the gap between them and second place to just 4 points after Ruud Van Nipplejoy won 4-0 against Rent Boys.

At the top of Division One, Botty Dem were in relentless form in front of goal after they thrashed Moggy's Mountaineers 11-1.  They move 2 points clear of second placed Pelsall Sevilla after they were involved in a phenomenal 8-8 draw with Walsall Wood FC!  Celsius moved up to third on the back of that result after they won 5-2 against Unfounded.

Balotellitubbies domination in Division Two continues after a 6-1 victory over Chungz Army meaning they've still only dropped 2 points so far this campaign.  Second placed Vegas Degenerates slipped to four points off the pace following a 3-1 reverse against You Blaady FC in a result some may consider a surprise.  That result also means Arbo FC have closed the gap between them and second to just 2 points after they recorded a 5-1 win against lowly Tea and Busquets.
