Monday 3rd March - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good end to the season in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week overall.  We did have a handful of cancellations, but look forward to seeing returns from Dijk In Dias, Euro Anchor and Lads on Toure next week for the opening games of the new season.

In the Premier League division, Botty Dem clinched the title with a total of 24 points, achieving 12 wins throughout the season. Despite a close 2-1 loss against Old House UTD in their last game, Botty Dem had built up enough momentum to ensure their position at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Pelsall FC showed why they are the champions. They ended their stellar season with 22 points and 10 wins. Even though they didn't play this week, their previous performances ensured they had the title in the bag.

Over in Division 2, Croft VI showcased an impressive 4-2 victory over Save Shane's Turtle, rounding off their championship-winning season with a total of 24 points and 12 victories.

The week's highlights included a stunning 12-0 win by Fatzio against Scratta Athletic in Division 2. In the Premier League, a high scoring match saw Big Fat Dossers narrowly lose to Stroke Titty, 9-7.

We will be in touch with all teams regarding the new season in the coming days, the new campaign will begin immediately as normal on Monday 10th March.
