Monday 3rd October - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week at Oak Park, as all 24 teams were in attendance for their scheduled matches across all four divisions which was great to see, including three new teams!

We saw the addition of Chiellini Con Carne to the Premier Division this week, and they had a tough opening game as they came up against leaders Budgie Neck, who showed no mercy and ran out 18-1 winners.  The new boys will have easier games though and will be looking to build on this moving forwards.

We saw another two new teams meet in Division Two as Dad Bods (who have been with us before) let experience show as they beat new boys Six Offenders by a 5-2 scoreline as the young side put in a good account of themselves and will definitely compete in future weeks!

We welcome another new team to the action on Monday 10th October!  We wish Win Or Booze good luck going into their first match against Chiellini Con Carne as they replace the outgoing Ball of Duty.
