It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance for their matches barring a cancellation from Beercelona. They've now been removed from the league and we welcome new team Manor Mandem to the action as their replacement, wishing these good luck on Monday 11th March.
Starting with the Premier League, Arbo FC and Wiggins Pinner Returns kicked off the week in a heated match that ended in a 3 - 3 draw, displaying fantastic sportsmanship and skill. Trailing behind was Last Chance U who took a resounding 8 - 2 victory against Save Shane's Turtle, easily one of the night's most remarkable games. Stroke Titty and Foley Kings also battled it out, with Stroke Titty clinching a victory with a scoreline of 5 - 3.
The Division 1 fixtures also served up some unforgettable moments. Gangsters Allardyce dominated the field with an impressive 11 - 1 victory over AFC Shitmond. Rizz Kings and Euro Anchor FC ended with a respectable draw of 3 - 3. The Neville Wears Prada failed to score against Dude Wheres My Ladders, losing 0 - 4. The night wrapped up with Dijk In Dias beating Baileys and Maccies 5 - 1.
The Division 2 games were equally thrilling. Croft VI secured a narrow 4 - 3 victory over Shelfield Wednesday. Road To Relegation managed to edge past Vegas Degenerates 4 - 3. Old House UTD ousted TwoMenFarmers 6 - 2, while Kits In The Boot scored an impressive 5 - 1 victory against Lads On Toure.
We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Walsall's premier providers of small sided football!
