Monday 6th February - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with the only disappointment being a failure to attend from 'Chris Ning' who we have now removed from the league due to their failure to contact us.

We are pleased to confirm the addition of new team Tchoumani Men to the league from Monday 13th February, and wish these good luck going into their first game on Monday 20th February as they line up against Wiggins Tiny Pinner.

Last Chance U came flying out the blocks for the new season as they showed no mercy on the newly promoted Wiggins Tiny Pinner, whom they put the sword by 8 goals without reply in a dominant display in front of goal.  Undateable FC set their stall out for the new campaign as the other newly promoted team picked up a shock 4-1 win over last season's Premier runners-up Stroke Titty!

In Division One, Duke of York were in unbelievable form this week as they blew away WillianDiaz by 13 goals to 1.  Newly promoted Langers put in another superb performance this week as were comfortable 4-0 winners over Hong Kong Vesey, whilst Euro Anchor were winners of an entertaining encounter as they beat Shelfield Wednesday 4-3.

Dijk In Dias played their first game since relegation to Division Two and started the season in the perfect way as they look to bounce back at the first time of asking, a 9-1 thrashing of Tea & Busquets was their reward for an impressive performance.  Dad Bods showed no mercy in their first game since promotion to Division Two, they ran out comfortable 7-0 victors against Vegas Degenerates, whilst the other game in the division was a lot closer as InterYaNanny were 3-2 winners against Save Shane's Turtle in a well competed encounter.

Last seasons bottom team Croft VI got their season off to a flyer this time round as they hammered Six Offenders 8-2, whilst Arbo FC were impressive 4-0 winners over Unathletico Madrid.  An experienced Beercelona were 5-3 winners in their match against Balotellitubbies to complete the evening's action.
