It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week, as the league returned to action for the first round of matches of 2025.
In the Premier League, Botty Dem edged out Wiggins Pinner Returns in a high-octane match that ended 4-3. Dude Wheres My Ladders asserted their dominance over Stroke Titty with a whopping 5-0 victory. Old House UTD proved too strong for Handcuffs Utd, winning the clash with a decisive 7-2 victory.
In Division 1, Dijk In Dias managed a narrow win against Vegas Degenerates, finishing the match at 3-2. Scotts XI saw off Euro Anchor FC with a 6-3 scoreline, while Pelsall FC secured a solid 3-1 victory over Kits In The Boot. Manor Mandem got their campaign back on track, beating Lads On Toure 4-0.
The big talking point in Division 2 was the 11-2 thrashing of Barmy Army by Save Shane's Turtle. SHELFIELD WEDNESDAY also notched up an impressive 4-1 victory against AFC Shitmond. In an evenly contested battle, Scratta Athletic managed to squeeze past Ajang FC with a close 3-2 victory.
Meanwhile, Croft VI continued their impressive form with a well-fought 5-3 win against the IBT Dream Team.
