It was a good evening's football overall in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week overall, although the Premier Division was slightly disrupted with cancellations. Expected Toulouse and Blakenall On Tour have confirmed their return on Monday 13th June.
Psycho Dean's Australian Army have now been removed from the league. We are pleased to welcome new team Suarez Ate My Hamster FC to the league as their replacement and we wish these good luck going into their first fixture with us on Monday 13th June!
Stroke Titty got their second win in a row since joining Division One as they ran out 3-1 winners over Dijk In Dias, bizarrely they are the only team to have won their first two games, all other teams have lost at least one already. Fat and Furious got their first win since promotion and did so in style as they found last seasons shooting boots, with a 9-1 victory over Shelfield Wednesday. Elsewhere Vegas Degenerates also got their season up and running with a 5-3 win over Gangsters Allardyce, as did Hong Kong Vesey who thrashed recently relegated RGP by 6 goals without reply. Last Chance U also registered their first points of the campaign by beating Bag of Chips 2-1.
Ball of Duty are the early leaders in Division Two on goal difference as they were 6-2 victors over Exeter Gently this week, whilst Croft VI also got their second successive win in the form of a 6-3 win over Ji Sung Chen, as did Beercelona who ran out 4-2 winners against Gunner Beat You. Balotellitubbies were beaten 5-3 by new boys this season Inter Ya Nanny who got their first win of the campaign, whilst Undateable and Tea and Busquets couldn't be separated as the two shared a 3-3 draw.
