It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across the three divisions.
In the Premier League division, Stroke Titty emerged victorious with a 3-1 win over Pelsall FC. Botty Dem bagged a clean slate victory of 3-0 against Titus Shambles Vets, while Old House UTD narrowly edged out Foley Kings with a 5-3 win. The most noteworthy victory, however, came from Wiggins Pinner Returns, who dominated the field with a 7-1 victory over Vegas Degenerates.
The Division 1 matches were equally enthralling. Croft VI lost to Dude Wheres My Ladders in a closely fought match that ended 2-1. Lads On Toure outperformed Langers FC with a resounding 5-0 win. Baileys And Maccies secured a strong 3-1 win over Dijk In Dias, whereas Manor Mandem defeated Gangsters Allardyce V2 with an impressive 8-0 win.
In the Division 2 league, Kits In The Boot emerged as the top scorers with an 11-2 win over Ajang FC. Euro Anchor FC also carved out a significant victory by defeating Save Shane's Turtle 8-0. There was a nail-biting draw between AFC Shitmond and Barmy Army, ending 2-2. SHELFIELD WEDNESDAY narrowly won against IBT Dream Team with a score of 4-3.
We welcome new team Hensons Boys to the league on Monday 16th October, as a replacement for the outgoing Titus Shambles Vets. We wish the new boys good luck in their debut game.
