Overall it was a good evening's football in the Walsall Monday 6 a side league this week, with the only exceptions being three teams missing, all of which are due back next week, we look forward to welcoming back Stroke Titty, Shelfield Wednesday and Euro Anchor.
In the Premier League division, Botty Dem bested Foley Kings with a thrilling 5 - 3 victory, demonstrating their offensive prowess and solid defence. Dude Wheres My Ladders, despite their best efforts, fell short against Handcuffs Utd, who won 5 - 2. The most noteworthy victory, however, came from Wiggins Pinner Returns, who outmanoeuvred Old House UTD with a definitive 4 - 0 victory.
In Division 1, the stakes were just as high. Dijk In Dias emerged victorious with a 5 - 3 win over Kits In The Boot. Manor Mandem suffered a defeat at the hands of Vegas Degenerates, who took the match 5 - 3. Pelsall FC managed a narrow victory against Scotts XI with a final score of 2 - 1.
Finally, in Division 2, AFC Shitmond were unable to overcome Barmy Army, who took the match 3 - 1. Ajang FC were left reeling after a 4 - 0 defeat by Croft VI. However, the standout match of the division was undoubtedly Scratta Athletic versus Save Shane's Turtle, with the latter team displaying an overwhelming offensive show, winning the game 7 - 1.
Good luck to all teams going into the next round of fixtures with Walsall's premier providers of small sided football!
