Weekly News from Monday 6th March

We had another excellent night of football on Monday, with all teams in attendance as expected, with the only exception to this being Beercelona. We will be in contact with the team captain to confirm they will be back as normal next week.

We were also disappointed to hear of an incident in the match involving Wii Not Fit. Adam Burgess received a yellow card for using foul and abusive language towards a referee. After receiving a £10 fine and one week ban for Burgess, the team have now been removed from the league.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
