Sunday 12th February - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Oak Park Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across the division which was pleasing to see.

The top two have been slogging it out all season and met this week, leaders The Purple Helmets managed to protect their one point lead at the top with a late equaliser as they eventually shared a 2-2 draw with Odegaardians of the Galaxy.

Any possible title aspirations that third placed Leave Me Arcelona may have had were abruptly ended by Reus and Peas who thrashed their counterparts 7-1 to move level on points in the table.

Top of the Klopps had a much better week this evening after a heavy defeat last week, they were 3-1 winners against Shithouse, whilst Hardly Athletic put in a solid performance to run out 3-0 winners over Sporting Stonnall to complete the action.
