Sunday 17th September - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Walsall Sunday 6 a side league at Oak Park, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, the only exception unusually being Growler FC who are due to return to action on Sunday 24th September.

The match that grabbed all headlines was between Sporting Stonnall and Pulse On Tour FC where Sporting Stonnall demonstrated an unassailable performance, defeating Pulse On Tour FC 6-0 as the league debutants look to get to grips with the league quickly as the weeks go on.

Another high-scoring match of the evening was Odegaardians Of The Galaxy decimating Leave Me Arcelona 10-0 in an unequal encounter. The Odegaardians' performance was nothing less than exemplary, with their finishing being clinical as they scored nearly every time they went on the attack!

In a closely contested match, Hardly Athletic F.C emerged victorious against Karma Lions with a 5-3 win in a well competed game by both teams who played in the right spirit.
