Sunday 28th January - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Oak Park Sunday 6 a side league this week which once again saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some well competed matches played across the division.

First off, we saw a dominant performance by Growler FC, who took a convincing 4-0 victory against Cardiac Saggy Breasts. From the initial whistle, Growler FC took control of the game with their aggressive play, finding the net consistently and ensuring a clean sheet. Their clinical performance has set a new bar in the league.

Next, Odegaardians Of The Galaxy took on Gavins Gangsters and put on a scintillating show, clinching an impressive 8-3 victory. The match was a testament to Odegaardians Of The Galaxy's offensive prowess, as they continued to find the back of the net throughout the game. Gavins Gangsters also showed a strong performance but fell short against the robust Odegaardians.

In another close match, The Purple Helmets edged out Pique Blinders 2-1 in a nerve-wracking encounter. The teams were evenly matched, but The Purple Helmets managed to squeeze in a decisive goal to secure the win.
