Sunday 28th July - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Walsall Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring Yam Back United who have now been removed from the league.  This creates ONE AVAILABLE TEAM PLACE for anyone interested in signing up!

Kicking off the premier division action, TenpinTuesdaysFC clashed with Growler FC in a nail-biting contest. Despite a strong defense from Growler FC, TenpinTuesdaysFC emerged victorious with a close score of 2-1, showing their mettle and ability to perform under pressure and shocking Growler who dropped their 100% record!

In the second match of the division, a high-powered faceoff saw Bradbury Park Rangers defeating INTER BLOXWICH OAP with a convincing score of 3-1. The Rangers played a commendable game, utilizing their offensive strengths to seal the match in their favor.

Perhaps the most exciting clash of the evening was between Shed FC and Odegaardians Of The Galaxy. The two teams put on a real show for spectators, with a whopping 12 goals scored between them. Shed FC's electrifying offense proved too much for Odegaardians Of The Galaxy, resulting in a high-scoring match that ended 7-5 in favor of Shed FC.
