It was an excellent evening's football this week as the Walsall Sunday 6 a side League kicked off its new season with an array of captivating matches. The highly anticipated week 1 fixtures of the league showcased the finest talents in the Premier League division, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats throughout the evening.

Leave Me Arcelona battled it out against Fat Fuchs FC in a hard-fought encounter, but unfortunately, the former couldn't find the back of the net, ending the match with a 0-4 score line in favour of Fat Fuchs FC.
Next up, Hardly Athletic F.C clashed with Growler FC in a tightly contested match. Despite their best efforts, Hardly Athletic F.C was unable to break down the resilient defence of Growler FC, resulting in a 0-2 defeat for the former.
Meanwhile, Pique Blinders faced off against Sporting Stonnall in a thrilling encounter. Pique Blinders showed their prowess on the pitch, securing a 3-1 victory over their opponents.
In another action-packed match, Odegaardians Of The Galaxy faced a formidable opponent in The Purple Helmets. Despite putting up a strong fight, Odegaardians Of The Galaxy succumbed to a 2-4 defeat, with The Purple Helmets proving too strong to handle.
We have a new team to welcome to the league this weekend! Pique Blinders have withdrawn so we welcome new team Karma Lions to the action! We wish the debutants good luck going into their first game on Sunday 16th July as they line up against Growler FC!
