It was an excellent evening's football in the Walsall Thursday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance barring Smoke FC who had to cancel but return to action on Thursday 23rd February.
The standard of football in this league is now very high with the recent additions to the league and is looking very competitive each week.
New boys Coney's Calves had a tough second game this week and suffered defeat after an opening game win, they were beaten 2-0 by now league leaders Unprotected Cesc in a superbly competed encounter.
Champions Stroke Titty had a shock this week as they were beaten 4-3 by Dennis' Disciples who were aided by some impressive looking new additions to the team which could make them a lot stronger moving forwards.
Other action saw Dude Where's My Ladders claim a well earned point against a youthful Bryan Munich side as the game ended 2-2.
