Thursday 16th January - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Walsall Thursday 6 a side league this week.  We were however disappointed to see a non-attendance from Kidneyshifters so early in their time in the league.  As a result of this and them failing to contact us, they have been removed from the league.

We welcome Dingleberrys back into the league as a replacement for the above.

Bradbury Park Rangers and Oak Star were locked in a neck-to-neck battle that ended in a stalemate with a 1-1 draw. Both teams showed remarkable resilience and strategic playmaking. Although both teams managed to score a single goal each, it was a nail-biting encounter that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. This draw has left both teams eager for their next encounter.

In another match, CF Garobatso succumbed to Gangsters Allardyce with a scoreline of 1-4. Gangsters Allardyce outshone their opponents with their superior strategic planning and impeccable execution. Their aggressive attacking style and a solid defense kept CF Garobatso on the back foot. With this win, Gangsters Allardyce has shown they are a force to be reckoned with this season.

As the Walsall Thursday 6-a-side Football league progresses, it is fascinating to see the competition heat up. The Premier League division is showing some promising talent and nerve-wracking matches. Fans across the city eagerly await the next round of games.
