It was another fantastic evening's football in the Walsall Thursday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some well competed games played throughout the night.
Leaders Unprotected Cesc ran out 4-2 winners over Schmeichel Jackson in a well competed game as the new boys tasted defeat for the first time since joining. They remain closely followed by champions Stroke Titty who claimed their third 2-0 win on the bounce, this time against Taccy Rumpas. Bryan Munich returned to action after their absence last week and were 4-2 winners in their game against Ball of Duty, an entertaining affair.
New team Ballerz United joined us this week and came up against an experienced Dude Where's My Ladders who did a job on the debutants, winning a nine goal thriller by 6 goals to 3. The new team will look to build on this as they get more games under their belt.
We thank all teams for their continued reliability and commitment to the league and wish all good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Walsall's premier providers of small sided football.
