TELFORD SUNDAY 6-A-SIDE LEAGUE MATCH REPORT

That’s a wrap for 2024 in our Telford Sunday League! We’d like to thank all teams for their continued support and reliability this year. The league resumes  Sunday January 5th 2025! 

In the Premier League division, Jelly Baby FC came out victorious with an impressive 4-1 against Tea And Busquets. The star of the match was none other than Ben from Jelly Baby FC, who remarkably scored all four goals for his team, making him the top scorer of the division this week. In other encounters, Bukovina narrowly edged past TTFC with a 1-0 victory, while Wheelchair Wanderers were defeated 2-0 by UNATHLETIC BILBAO.

The Division 1 league games also witnessed high-intensity matches. Blue Balls FC had a tough day on the field as they were beaten  6-0 by formidable opponents Immi FC. Athletic Dildao was at the receiving end of an 8-0 defeat at the hands of Inter The Pub. A special mention must be made for the star player of the match, Asante, who scored an incredible four goals for Inter The Pub, securing his spot as the top scorer in Division 1. Ave It United put on a stellar performance against Super Suzies Singles with a resounding 7-1 victory. Meanwhile, Scrambled Legs faced a 3-0 defeat against Real Sosobad.
