Telford Sunday 6 a side news 2025-01-12

It was a fantastic evening of action at Telford Leisure Leagues on Sunday with all teams in attendance as scheduled. We were delighted to welcome two new teams, Avengers FC and 4 Brothers!  

In the esteemed Premier League, the Bongo Locos FC led the field with a resounding 3-1 victory over Bukovina. Not far behind, Jelly Baby FC clinched an impressive 4-1 win against the Wheelchair Wanderers, while UNATHLETIC BILBAO put on a solid performance with a 4-1 conquest over Real Sosogood. The closely fought match between TTFC and Tea and Busquets also caught attention, ending with a narrow 2-1 victory in favour of Tea and Busquets. 

Meanwhile in Division 1, Blue Balls FC and Ave It United played out a hard-fought 1-1 draw. In stark contrast, Scrambled Legs beat Athletic Dildao 9-0 in a commanding performance. Immi FC sneaked past Avengers FC with a slender 1-0 victory, while 4 Brothers were handed a heavy 8-0 defeat by Inter The Pub.
