LEAGUE SUMMARY 21.10.20
We had another impressive turnout of 23 teams in our St albans
Wednesday 6-a-side league at Oakland's college. Only toad FC were not present and they will be returning next week.

PREMIER LEAGUE
The game of the night in the top flight was a high quality affair between defending champions Tekkerslovakia and title contenders Fc Gulag with the former coming out on top with a 6-4 win to take them to the top of the table 2 points ahead of Gulag themselves. RB LEIPSKITZ upset the form book with an impressive 2-0 win over Take a knee. There were also Hard fought wins for Different Gravy and Millsey The Return who both won their games 2-1 against Faceman and El Chapo's respectively.

DIVISION 1
Opal Fruits marched on with another 4-2 win over a good Fash FC side who played well but were edged out on this occasion. That's 4 wins in a row for Opal Fruits now who have positioned there selves as early title favourites. The game of the night in this particular division was an entertaining 3-3 draw between TNF & OVER 40'S. There were also maximum points for SLUGS UTD and COBR with the later winning by 8 goals to 2 against Fatzio.

DIVISION 2
The Surface Decor Co raced to the top of the table on goal difference with an imperious 6-0 win over MKS. The closest game of the night was a 2-2 draw played out between At least we weren't Last and Covid Crushers who ended up sharing the points. Admiral Bying Over 50's put in a good performance but were ultimately just edged out by 2 goals to 1 against Bianconeri who's narrow victory takes them to 2nd place in the table.
