In an action-filled week 2 of the Oldham Tuesday 6-a-side Football league, participating teams showcased their vigor and competitiveness in both the Premier League and Division 1 matches.

The Premier League matches brought their fair share of exciting football as teams clashed in high-scoring encounters. Sharpshooter FC delivered a sterling performance, scoring a remarkable 7-3 victory over 360 No Pope. The other game in the division saw CGB clinch a 5-2 victory over TIKKI MACCA FC. Showing exceptional performance, Daba of CGB shone brightest, scoring a total of three goals, and securing the top scorer title in the Premier League division.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the matches were equally competitive and thrilling. Sports Leaders edged out 5 Guys 1 Cup in a closely contested 2-1 game. Waterhead Wanderers managed a narrow 3-2 win over Shoprite Rovers. RLCFC also attained a 3-2 victory, triumphing over Cumchester United. A high-scoring match was witnessed when Rickys Under 18s outperformed Idle FC with a scoreline of 8-4. In another match, OH1 outshone Nut Megs FC with a 9-4 victory. Division 1’s top scorer award went to Ellis from Rickys Under 18s after he netted three goals.

The highlight of the week, however, was the exceptional performance of William Boden from Rickys Under 18s. Displaying unmatched prowess on the pitch, Boden earned the title of the week's Most Valued Player, further enhancing Rickys Under 18s' reputation in the league.
