OSWESTRY LEAGUE WEEK 3 ROUNDUP: THRILLING FOOTBALL ACTION CONTINUES TO UNFOLD

The Oswestry Monday Night 6 a side Football League entered its third week on Monday, with thrilling matches across the two divisions, Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, Balotellitubbies suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Double Pogba And Koke, the latter managing to consolidate their position in the league with this crucial win. Six Offenders showcased a dominant performance against Stiff Arms FC, with an impressive 5-0 victory. On the other hand, a high-octane match between Azzy Boys and Jones Brothers FC ended in a 2-2 draw. OZ YOUNG BOYS managed to secure a 2-0 win over Pit Men FC, further intensifying the competition this season.

Over in Division 1, Welshpool Wanderers were handed a resounding 5-0 defeat by Black Bell FC. Monners OT managed to keep their winning streak alive with a 4-2 victory over XS FC. MK Dongs also secured their place in the table with a 2-0 win over Cross Foxes. The final match of the evening saw Spectrum Palace overcome Crouch Potatoes with a 4-2 victory.

In terms of individual performances, the week was marked by some stellar performances. For the Premier League, the top scorer was Six Offenders, putting five past their opponents. In Division 1, Black Bell FC took the honors, scoring a resounding five goals against Welshpool Wanderers.
