In the world of 6 a side football, the action from the Wolverhampton Monday league was nothing short of exhilarating. As the second week of the season unfolded, teams and fans from both Premier League and Division 1 divisions were treated to a display of skill, strategy, and stunning goals.

Unfortunately we did have one non-attendance for the week as Shambles FC were not present for there fixture. It is paramount all teams are present each week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible, if there are any problems please be sure to let your area manager know in plenty of time.

In more positive news, the Premier League saw nail-biting matches as Inter Row Z fell short against Jaycheatedonleah 1-0. The night's surprise came when Interyaneto were defeated by Mekelakeya FC by a slim margin of 1-0 as well. 

Meanwhile, in Division 1, AFC Young Boysz comprehensively outplayed Any Holes A Goal FC, earning a well-deserved 3-0 victory. KFC W1mbledon managed to edge out Two Girls One Klopp FC by a small margin of 1-0. The highlight of the night, however, was the match between Statan Ibrahimovic and Sevilla Autism. Sevilla Autism played a spectacular game, dominating Statan Ibrahimovic with a remarkable victory.

As we look forward to the next week's league games, fans and teams alike will be watching closely to see how the rankings and dynamics shift.

The league is now OFF for bank holiday Monday this week and will return Monday 2nd September 2024. We wish all players, officials and there families a wonderful Bank holiday weekend and see you all when we return.
