The much-anticipated football season of Wolverhampton Monday kicked off yesterday, with an exciting first week of matches in the Premier League and Division 1. The league saw thrilling performances from some top-notch teams and players, raising the excitement levels for the season that has just started.

Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Gooners FC were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them this week in order to confirm their return for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League division, KFC W1mbledon got off to a flying start, defeating Paralympiacos 5 to 2. 

The Division 1 matches were equally electrifying, with multiple teams showcasing their skills on the field. Powder Rangers narrowly edged out Statan Ibrahimovic 3 to 2, while Paris Ganja Man drew 1 - 1 with Two Girls One Klopp FC. Punjab United clinched a close match against Highfields Honours FC with a 3 - 2 win.

All in all, the first week of the Wolverhampton Monday Football League season was filled with high energy and exciting football, setting high expectations for the forthcoming matches. With such talented players and competitive teams, this season promises to be a thrilling journey.
