It was a thrilling night at the Wolverhampton Monday league last night as week seven of the season offered plenty of drama and excitement. In the Premier League division, the matchups did not disappoint, with the competition heating up as we approach the middle of the season.

Unfortunately there was an incident on the night as a card had to be issued to a player. A player from 6ixers FC has been banned for two weeks and fined £20 due to a violent conduct offence during the game between 6ixers FC and KFC W1MBLEDON on the night, which the area manager has dealt with. This incident will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly each time they happen as it is not the league we want to promote at the venue.

Unfortunately, we did also have a non-attendance on the night, Powder Rangers were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them this week in order to confirm their return for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In better news, In an intense match 6ixers FC managed to edge past KFC W1mbledon with a 2-1 victory. Bostin Bliston also secured a 2-0 win over ZestyFC, Red Lion FC was victorious over Paris Ganja Man with a 3-1 win, and AFC Young Boysz outscored Two Girls One Klopp FC 4-1 in a thrilling encounter.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the action was no less intense. Pathetic Athletic FC came out on top against Gumtree Belfast with a 2-0 win.  Statan Ibrahimovic and Woefulhampton FC delivered a nail-biting match that ended in a 1-1 draw. Grovesnor VI continued their excellent form by defeating Tamworth Tigers 1-0.

This week's matches set a high bar for the league. As teams regroup and refine their strategies, fans can look forward to more exhilarating matches in the coming weeks.
